Co-Founder & CFO of Carbon BioCapture LLC, a Miami-based, minority woman-owned company pioneering point-source carbon capture projects that convert CO2 into microalgal biomass using it's patented and proprietary PBR technology.

Alfredo Faubel is a CEO, Entrepreneur, Engineer, MBA, Management Consultant, Mentor, and Volunteer with decades of international experience across multiple industries and countries.

A Swiss-trained chemical engineer (ETH Zurich) and a Harvard MBA fluent in English, Spanish, and German, Alfredo is also the founder and former CEO of Athyron LLC, a Texas-based startup created to manufacture Miura Board™, a 100% recycled, durable, fiber-reinforced composite alternative to wood made from “non-recyclable” plastics.

As Senior Partner at Inter-American Management Consultants since 1996, Alfredo works with Fortune 100, privately held, family-owned businesses, and non-profits across the US, Europe, and Latin America. His expertise lies in strategy development and implementation, startups, financial and business models, branding, export/import, product development, and marketing.

Earlier in his career, Alfredo held other positions including CEO at Compac Surfaces US, Adjunct Professor at Northwood University, CEO at Natra US, and Sales & Marketing Manager, Europe at Air Products & Chemicals.

Alfredo volunteers as President of the Miami Fencing Club, Florida’s only 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to teaching Olympic fencing.
